The Survey and Design service includes a full survey of your home where all measurements are taken. Then scale floor plan drawings will be drawn using computer software which show the proposed layout for your space.

These floor plan drawings could be used to show a builder or Quantity Surveyor if you wanted to get an idea of budget before getting more complete drawings done.

There is an added option to have these drawings available as 3D digital models with sample furniture in place for an added fee. 3D plans can be helpful if you are struggling to imagine what the space will look and feel like in the new design.
