Home Consultation
A home consultation includes a 1-2 hour home visit. During this home visit we will discuss any problems you have with your home’s design and what you are looking for in your home. I will give you advice on what you can do to improve the layout. This can range from organisation and storage solutions all the way to reconfiguration advice on your space and potential extension options, depending on your needs. A home consultation may include hand drawn layout drawings if applicable but these would not be to scale and for reference purposes only.

Floor Plan Consultation
Available as an online, two-call consultation, if you have had some floor plans drawn up already and would like a second expert opinion on the layout, this is the service for you.
In the first call we explore your needs and desires for the renovations of your home and your existing plans. I would then review and develop the recommendations, which would include producing new professional floor plan drawings, which are fully discussed during the second call.

Survey and Design
The Survey and Design service includes a full survey of your home where all measurements are taken. Then floor plan drawings are developed to show the proposed new layout for your space.
These floor plan drawings could be used to show a builder or Quantity Surveyor if you wanted to get an idea of budget before getting construction drawings completed.
There is an added option to have these drawings available as 3D digital models with sample furniture in place for an added fee. 3D plans can be helpful if you are struggling to visualise what the space will look and feel like in the new design.
The exact cost will depend on the size, scope and complexity of the project.

Onsite Consultation
During construction, you may wish to have a designer’s input in the process. You may want a designer to consult with the contractor and/or engineer to go over the design. Perhaps you need input on kitchen and/or utility room design, storage design, interior design, furniture layouts, fixtures and fittings, colour palettes and so on.
Site visits with no additional design work involved are charged at an hourly rate. If additional design work is required (for example, a kitchen design), prices are available on request, depending on what is needed.
