Many designs do not require planning application. There are various improvements you can make to your home which qualify as ‘exempted development’, including interior reconfiguration and even some extensions. However, if your plans do require permission from your local council before you proceed, this is the service you will need.

The Planning Application service includes a full survey of your home where all measurements are taken. All appropriate drawings will then be developed and submitted to your local council. Amendments requested by the council will be completed and returned. If major re-designs are necessary at this stage, this may result in further cost, but this is uncommon.

If you would like 3D drawings in order to visualise the project more easily, these are available for an additional fee. The exact cost will depend on the size, scope and complexity of the project.
